SAGAPONACK, NY — Gorgeous sunsets and ocean-swept vistas aside, the Hamptons once again tops the list of glittering real estate locales, earning the distinction of having some of the most expensive zip codes in the United States.
According to a new report by PropertyShark.com, Sagaponack, a village in Southampton, has a zip code of 11962 — and it came in second on a list of the Top 100 most expensive zip code in the country, with a median home sale price in 2018 of $5.5 million.
